Module and tag navigation bar

### What?
A navigation bar on the left side of page, with the slides rendered on the right hand side.

### Why?
To make it easier to navigate between modules - either grouped by tag, or by name

This would be a separate view from the main "lecture view" which should be organised according to lecture name.
