Can't Add Caption to Picture

I've recently had issues with adding captions to pictures. The xpath for image caption is correct, but it is not detected. When I tried to double check the xpath from a selenium window the caption text will not get filled in, once I right click and inspect the text box the caption fills in...

Is anyone else having issues with their captions?
