[ENHANCEMENT] Profile Section Not Opening When Clicking Username/Avatar

Current behavior

Clicking on the user profile section (username/avatar: prabirkumarshee8) in the sidebar does nothing.

The UI shows the profile card, but it is not interactive.

The dedicated Profile page that exists is not navigated to.

No feedback (loading, error, or navigation) is shown to the user.

Proposed improvement

Clicking on the username/avatar should:

Navigate to the Profile page, or

Open the user’s profile section properly.

The Profile page should display:
User details (name, email, avatar)
Additional profile-related information if available
Interaction should work consistently across desktop and mobile.
Steps to Reproduce
Log in to the application
Go to the Dashboard / Market Overview page
Click on the user profile section (username/avatar) in the sidebar
Observe that nothing happens

Impact

Users cannot access their profile
Breaks expected navigation flow
Reduces usability and personalization
Creates confusion, especially for new users

Proposed Improvement

Make the profile card clickable
Properly route the click action to the Profile page
Add hover/cursor indication to show interactivity
Ensure the behavior works on both desktop and mobile

Contribution

I would like to work on fixing this issue by:
Connecting the profile UI to the Profile route
Ensuring proper navigation and UX behavior

I would like to work on this issue under OSCG’26.
This is an important usability issue since users naturally expect the username/avatar section to be clickable and navigate to their profile. The current behavior breaks the navigation flow and can confuse users.
My approach would be:
Make the profile card (username/avatar section) fully clickable
Properly connect it to the existing Profile route/page
Add hover effects and pointer cursor to clearly indicate interactivity
Ensure consistent behavior across desktop and mobile devices
Test navigation to confirm there are no routing or state issues
I will make sure the implementation follows the existing routing structure and maintains UI consistency.
