Vivaldi compatibility, Chrome Web Store?

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. I am experimenting with the Vivaldi web browser which is visually very similar to Opera, the sidebar is essentially the same. But I am missing the SidebarMessengerFix, as Vivaldi only uses the Chrome Web Store, and I can not download Opera exclusive apps for Vivaldi.

Is there a way to apply this fix on Vivaldi, or upload the app to the Chrome Web Store?

Currently, I don't have plans to upload this extension to the Chrome Web Store. I don't have funds to pay for developer account.
