Stain normalisation

STAMP should have an option for stain normalisation, with an option for normalisation method, and reference tile.

I added it to the feature requests, as I agree with you that users should have the option to normalize stains.

The reason why it has not been developed yet is that some experiments published here prove that feature extractors are robust to stain differences.
