Add full support for vsi format

[Ultimate-Storm]

• use bftools showinf to get the series with the best resolution
• if there are multiple biopsies on separate series then convert all of them
• generate normed slide thumbnail with original slide name for quality control
• * investigate why still some tiff file cannot be supported by openslide even after conversion
