Support numeric x-axis values

SPC panel only supports time in x-axis. Add support for numeric values when table is selected.

There is a beta visualization in grafana called Trend (Like timeseries, but when x != time). This could be built off of that visualization.

@Moonahe, the numeric X-axis feature has been implemented and will be included in #v2.2.0.

The implementation behaves very similarly to Grafana’s Trend panel (series with numeric X-values).

Because this required fairly deep architectural changes, we are currently running extended tests to make sure everything remains stable and reliable - especially around statistical calculations.

Current plan: release v2.2.0 within the next 2 weeks. Probably a week after v2.1.1.
