Goal:

Create a Digital Legal Contract that can be used to facilitate the specification of terms, conditions, asset price, commissions, expiry dates, etc on a DID digital asset exchange.

Scenario Description:

The DLC contains the secured history of proposed terms and negotiated changes between parties involved in a digital asset transaction. Only the transacting parties (or their delegates) may view the DLC. As the sale progresses, the DLC is updates with new states (ex: price, deadline extension, sale, delisting, etc).
