Proposal: Different structure

Hi Josh,

We've discussed this a lot, I think that this draft looks good and I'm planning to do a full review in the near future. I have a few recommendations which I think should be opened to discussion:

1. I think that we needn't focus solely on "beginners" in this product. It will be useful to consider other users or a longer learning path. We could introduce ideas of "stars" for difficulty of each section, with beginners only looking at the "1 star" sections.
2. I think that we are missing some core topics including roles & responsibilities, a chapter for managers and customers, and a chapter on data validation.
