Highlight deltas between triggered LOIs

When multiple runs have been activated in DISK, the system should be able to highlight the differences between the current run and the last (i.e., the delta). This is in terms of:

• Previous input list and current input list (highlight the datasets that have been added/removed)
• Previous delta vs current delta.
