The goal is to implement the WalletConnect SDK for the Polkadot ecosystem, with a focus on DApp implementation. Examples can be found at https://github.com/WalletConnect/web-examples.

Tasks

1. Understand how WalletConnect works.
2. Implement WalletConnect functions in packages/wallet-connect.
3. Implement these functions in SubConnect.
