I can't find train_emd, GeoEmbedding and ToyGeo mentioned in the run.py

hello, 
I am quite fascinated by the TrajectoryNet, MIOFlow, RiTNI paper and wanted to implement MIOFlow first. When I begin with ./script/run.py, there are some Error with train_emd, GeoEmbedding and ToyGeo. And I cannot find them in this repository. I think I made a mistake, can you give me a direction?
