Background
Not sure about your account system, but it would be interesting to have the possibility of generating "collector" account names.
Describe The Proposal (No more than 50 words)
The chain could reserve some "collector" account names, to which users can get access, in return of a form of contribution to the chain: system token staking, gas fee etc.
Business Model (Optional for underlying technology)
The more "collector" an account name is, the more users have to contribute to get registered under that name.
That said, a dApp on chain for those account names to be speculated could also be interesting. Like an auction, user putting the highest contribution gets the account name.
