mss grab screen error #2

hi!thanks for your work. recently i have met a trouble in screen grabbing.when
i entered overwatch, the screen grabbing works perfectly,however when i enter a game instead of staying at main menu, such as practice range, it just disappear in screen grabbing window,could plz give me some advice about this issue?thanks again
