Hi Thanks for your wonderful work on UNITO.
I have question regarding data preprocessing of flow cytometry.
What kind of transformation did you used for flow cytometry data preprocessing (BiEx, Logicle... etc)

Hi, thanks for your question! Our raw data is arcsinh-transformed with a cofactor of 5, and within the framework, the data were normalized to integers from 0 to 100 for intuitive understanding of the bivariate plot preparation. Thanks!
