Question about processing Flow Cytometry data

Hi It's really a wonderful work on UNITO.
I have question about processing flow cytometry data. When I follow your script to run your demo, I can not find the model weight file for this code " model_path = f'/content/drive/MyDrive/Shenlab/UNITO/Cytof_Data/model/{gate}_model.pt' ". Could you please share this file with me then I can try to process my own flow cytometry data using UNITO model? Thank you so much!

Hi, thank you for your interest! Because UNITO is trained on each individual gate, if you are using the same gating structure in the manuscript, please feel free to send me an email at jiongc@seas.upenn.edu, and I can share the pre-trained model. Otherwise, I would highly recommend training separate models for your own gating structure to ensure the best performance. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
