"import collection" without function

When clicking on "import collection" in the admin panel, nothing happens. i pulled the latest version, but the button is still dead. Any ideas what happened?

weird thing is: clicking on "refresh" updates the library from discogs also for new entries. But import won't work. same for "import wantlist".
