Configuration page is down

The configuration page is currently broken, stopping new users from being able to configure 3DSync.

It looks like the configuration tool is available to run locally via the gh-pages branch of this repo.

I ran the configuration page locally using a docker container. When I logged into dropbox, I had to modify the url since the one it forwards to is the old, no longer running one. Just replace https://gianmarcorandazzo.it/ with whatever your local instance starts with and hit enter, make sure you keep all the GET information in the URL.

I was able to create a working config file this way.

I hope this workaround helps :)

If this project is still being worked on, it may be nice to make the configuration tool a downloadable zip people can run from their own system, or provide details on how to get a dropbox access token & configure their config manually.

Opening the page in incognito mode seems to fix the issue
