Get appropriately sized image for the church on church.html

Right now we are loading the highest resolution version image from Wikimedia Commons. It would be a bit friendlier and quicker to get an image that is based on the screen size of the user.

So we need to come to some kind of consensus on which image size to fetch, and how to handle rotation.

The web-client is newer wider then 600px so the solution here is just to move away from using the original image(600*x small enough).

Note to self: the Mediawiki API does not support returning multiply thumbnails so this will introduce another 3000 of HTTP requests when indexing the database...
