Non-latin strings are loaded from settings incorrectly #18
Description
Inputting non-latin string in the notifier works correctly - I'm notified of respective items. But after restarting the program such string becomes ????? (non-latin characters replaced with ?).
Tested with Russian string and under wine on macOS.
