Overview

The objectives are as follows.

• Archive the Acts (https://github.com/nuuuwan/lk_legal_docs)
• Figure out an OpenGIN compatible data representation (metadata, tabular, etc)
• Extract Metadata (specifically meeting metadata) aware of OpenGIN format
