[FR] Highlight row and column of active cell

In Google Sheets, when a cell is selected, the corresponding row number and column letter are highlighted, which makes it it easy to locate your position in the table. It would be great if csv-lite adopted a similar behavior to improve navigation and usability in larger datasets.
