You can combine %quests_started_listid% and %quests_quest:<quest-id>_task:<task-id>_progress% for that or just use %quests_tracked_task:<task-id>_progress%

My bad, copied wrong placeholder. Use %quests_started_listid% instead of %quests_categories_listid%. And the full placeholder would look like %quests_tracked_task:THE-TASK-NAME-HERE_progress% or %quests_quest:{quests_started_listid}_task:THE-TASK-NAME-HERE_progress% however you would need to use the same task name for each quest and use only the same task amount quests.

There is no builtin support for displaying it and every way of displaying it will be just a bit weird.
