Uploading 20mb+ gifs from url hard crashes server

hello

as the title suggests

certain sizes of gifs, when being processed, cause the entire server machine to crash

Not sure if there is a properway to handle large gifs, or if there is some sort of time out that can be implimented so the server does not get hardlocked trying to process loading a gif

There should be an option in the config for you to limit file sizes.
