make colorpicker options align with simple-colors #136
Description
needs to show up as an option in the elements that previously had it, those elements need shifted off of materializecss-styles and then we need to ensure that the a11y enhancements from materializecss-styles + a11y-behaviors + media-behaviors transition over.
