Start Designing Purchase Form

Your task is to design the Purchase Form. This page will be where users fill out new Purchase Requests.

Specifications

• The form should have the following fields that are inputtable:
  • Part Name
  • Manufacturer Part No
  • Supplier
  • Unit Price
  • Quantity Requested
  • (this one shouldn't be input but im putting it here anyways) Subtotal
  • Subsystem
  • Notes Section
  • Need by Date
• A new form should spawn each time you fill out info for an Item
• When filling out information for multiple items, filled out items must neatly move away from focus to let the next item’s form take center.
• All form fields that must be filled out must be visible without scrolling.
• Previous item orders must still be easily accessible (you must be able to easily revisit previous forms and change the information)
  • I would suggest having a section to the right of the current form that stores boxes or tiles that lead back to a previous form in some grid or w/e
