Is there any admin panel / script which i can use to insert my ecom related data after emptying all tables?

Unfortunately there's not a panel. You only have the UI panel provided by Back4app to modify the DB.

So i have to clean all all data from.the tables and insert my data?

Well, I highly recommend you understand first how it works with the current data and then start doing small changes to see what happens. Finally, you could remove the data that you don't need anymore.
