Detect new devices after setup #274

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm having an issue where I had this light strip offline (some random one from govee that connects to the app) during setup and now it's not connecting to home assistant
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like just a way to make it check the api key again and grab devices
Additional context
Take your time working on it, I'm using a smart outlet for now but I'd just prefer being able to poll this
