Enhancement: Minimum distance between claimed lands

Hi there,

could you add a config option to define a distance (in chunks) that must be between two claimed lands? This is very useful in order to avoid players "griefing" enemy players by claiming lands next to them. So when I buy a land you just going to check if there is any other claimed land within the set distance.
