AFKBungee does not work for player without op

Hey

I'm not sure if its a bug or not. On our server (Paper 1.21.11 | VeloCity) AFKPlusBungee only shows messages to players with op not normal players. For some reason this does not work anymore.

Has it always only shown to OPs or is this recent? The intended behaviour is that everyone who would see a players AFK messages on each server should also be able to see the messages from other servers in the network.

I've just been able to test this. Using the latest Paper, Velocity, AFKPlus and AFKPlusBungee. It worked just fine for me. I had two servers with one player each. They both saw each other become and leave AFK when they were OPed and when they weren't.
