feat: Hyprlang integration

I was interested in creating a module for Hyprland. While exploring this, I noticed that there's no straightforward way to generate hyprlang configs declaratively. Since all of the hypr ecosystem relies on hyprlang configs, it could be useful to implement that format. Would you be open to adding this functionality here?

I did discuss with lassulus that adding a wlib.formats might be an interesting idea, so it just needs someone to write the code.

I just did a pr for hyprland module, but obviously without taking the format in account, just putting the file content.

But having support for hyprlang will be dope.
