Add module option to specify mount points

There is a lot of software out there that sadly doesn't respect the XDG base dir spec and doesn't provide any options to properly relocate config files, so for those cases something like proot would be needed and having a direct option in the wrapModule would be neat.

i'm not sure if proot works on macos, I think adding platform specific features here would kinda defeat the purpose. But I will try to come up with an alternative

proot also interferes with the electron sandbox because they both use ptrace

My rough idea for this was maybe 2 different solutions, lets call them the fanatic and heretic way:

The heretic way would be to create the config files in a pre start hook, so we could write a config file at the expected locations. Drawbacks are pretty obvious, you can only run one instance of this program, it clutters your home and it not really nice.

The fanatic way, would be to override $HOME to a new directory, we could have a symlinkfarm in there to the old HOME, except for the directory we want to override. We could maybe use something overlayfs, but not sure how portable that would be between architectures.

Those are mostly rough ideas, happy to hear what people think. I don't think that would be a recommended way to use software, but we can use it as an escape hatch until we find a nicer solution :)

Using a fake home wouldn't really work that well because if you add a new file in your real home it doesn't sync in the fake home so some programs are just not going to be able to read new files and overlayfs is linux only
