Targeting Linux with dotnetcore #17

I want to first express my gratitude for this amazing Mod Manager for DoSII. We love this game and the community around it!
We have a sub-community of Linux users who would get tons of value from having this app deployable on Ubuntu. My understanding is that we would need to migrate the app to dotnetcore to target non-Windows operating systems.
@LaughingLeader--could you give a rough LoE on what it would take to migrate the app over to dotnetcore in a future major release? I have some experience migrating apps from .NETFramework 4.7.2 to dotnetcore, but its been a few years.
I would be willing to support the development effort for this, especially if the LoE seemed low from your perspective.
