Bug Summary
Since I've updated Windows 11, for some reason BG3 Mod manager was not opening at all, no crashes, no error messages. Tried different versions - still nothing, just stucked on 'Loading Profiles' using some old version.
For some reason the solution was downloading and reinstalling .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime (v8.0.24)
