Show unmerged PRs in batch PR description #5

At the moment the Action only surfaces unmerged PRs through the workflow logs. We could improve this behaviour by also appending them to the batch PR description.
Motivation
This will make it clearer when PRs have not been merged.

The alternative is to keep it as it is.
Additional context
We should consider that the batcher could end up adding text that is already within the description when it next runs, so we likely need to perform a search to ensure no duplicates are added.
