paddingTop is not applying on render in iOS

When settings paddingTop in contentComtainerStyle the padding is not working on render but only if scrolled

This should be fixed in 3.0 beta. The code diverged too much to make it easy to backport fixes, so I'm focusing on getting 3.0 out asap. 3.0 beta is generally much better than 2.x so I suggest switching to that.

I think this is a duplicate of #315 which was fixed in 3.0.0-beta.29. I wasn't able to backport it to 2.x because the code has deviated a lot. So I'm just trying to release 3.0 asap.
