Not using Virtual channel.

I installed RDaccess in laptop and citrix VDI. I do not have permission to check virtual channel is enabled or not.

1. Can this addion show the status of virtual channel and other steps to do ??
2. I do not see remote synthesizer in citrix nvda . what could be the reason.??
3. There are many virtual channels are allowlist by default like teams , zoom . Why can't we tell citrix to add NVDA rdaccess and Jaws to allowlist by default ??

This is interesting. it would indeed be interesting to have some debugging facilities in the add-on itself. I need to think about this carefully, but probably won't have time before summer.

First of all, have you checked the several settings in the remote desktop accessibility category in NVDA"s settings? Make sure that on the client, support is enabled in the first list and that Citrix support is enabled.

On the server, server support should be enabled. Note however that with Citrix, NVDA's keyboard commands execute on the client unless you pass them through with NVDA+F2.

I don't know how their allow list works. I believe their default is to allow everything, but I'm not sure. I'm not even sure that Teams and Zoom use their own channel.

   I am getting the speech from remote server nvda , it should should come from laptop nvda

I used AI to read the screenshots. From the second screen shot, it looks like you have client support enabled and server support disabled. That can clarify why you don't see the remote speech and remote braille entries.
