Restore natural scrolling

Hi! This is a small but infuriating detail, I guess some JavaScript is hijacking scrolling on most of the pages and it makes the reading experience much worse (latest chrome mac).

If it doesn't serve a specific purpose I'd recommend getting rid of it.

I think there is some code in the WP theme that does react resize and maybe scroll events (i seem to recall running into it when i was working with the FAQ -- i think it may have to do with the header).

@sylvinus Which pages have/don't have the problem? Are there any errors showing up in your debug console?

@gabrielgrant it does happen on all the pages and it's probably related to the header, yes. It's not an error per-se, but when you scroll just a little bit, it ends up scrolling the page much more than the natural scroll of the Mac would have done. Again, little detail but I rage-left the website at least once so it may happen to others.
