Add "featured video" carousel #15
Description
Using the underlying tag infrastructure, create a rotating carousel (similar to the one on apple.com) that will "feature" the videos tagged as "featured." The carousel should live between the instructional video and the standard grid on the home page. It should support N videos (all the ones tagged as "featured").
