About incredible low metrics in ITS results

when compared with 608X448 Sots GT (indoor), the results are suprisingly low, including the offical results released, below 17psnr average

i want to bring your attention that, maybe you can offer me a copy of your testing GT, since during my testing, I have already resized the GT image to 608x448, still, not working.
