Hi team,
My Level 1 PR went through fine with all green checks, but for both my
Level 2 and Level 3 PRs the "Validate & Process Submission" check is
failing with this error:
RequestError [HttpError]: Resource not accessible by integration (403)
on the merge-a-pull-request step
The evaluation bot did run successfully and scored my Level 3 submission
(10/13), but the score never got written to the leaderboard because the
validate step fails before that happens. My name isn't showing up at the leaderboard as a result.
From what I can tell this is a permissions issue on the workflow side
rather than my submission - the bot itself works fine, just
the auto-merge step fails.

Would really appreciate if someone could take a look and manually
update the leaderboard if needed. Happy to provide any additional
