feat: ArtifactFinder should resolve SNAPSHOT version (if it's possible for current provider) #30
Description
ArtifactFinder.find_artifact_urls should try to resolve -SNAPSHOT versions to the latest one
In case where multiple groups for one artfiact_id are found, each snapshot should be resolved
Add docs to individual providers mentioning whether this feature works for them (first iteration will only support it for non-cloud-based providers, so Artifactory and Nexus only)
