Links to pyleoTutorials in RTD

The current doc links to the pyleoTutorials general page, but does not include links to specific notebooks. We could re-use the thumbnail strategy used in [pylipdTutorials](https://pylipd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials.html) to more directly funnel people to the right notebooks/tutorials.
