Mod WaterFalls Freeze When This Mod is Enabled

Mod Waterfalls, both from my own mod which is supported by this mod + other mods, freeze when this mod is enabled. Having the exact same mod list but without this mod makes them work fine.
I have attached a screenshot of a Calamity Sulpherous Waterfall suffering this issue (Only Calamity, Calamity Music and Mod Liquid Library installed). The frame shown is the only frame it will display.

I've been aware of this for multiple months but I still have no idea how this occurs. It likes to fix itself and break randomly by just reloading the same mods. I'll leave this open until a definitive solution is found to fix this by either myself or another
