Number of Available Spots Remaining for Event Needs to Be Updated As Soon As User Registration Completes

Each event has x number of available spots. We need to decrement the number of available spots by y registrants every time a new registration occurs. This needs to update throughout the interface to ensure that individuals don't attempt to register for events that are already closed.

Recommend performing this WP side and then synchronizing back to CCB, rather than direct updates to CCB API, due to performance issues on CCB side.
