ask passphrase dialog not showing up - QT Wallet

When I try to send some 2GIVE from locked QT wallet, it not showing "ask passphrase" dialog to unlock the wallet if wallet is currently locked.

From debug.log

WalletModel::UnlockContext ctx(model->requestUnlock());

Thanks for let me know. I also understand from another user that the "restore" wallet menu option has also gone missing.
