Get details for a source

A GET to http://localdata-sensors.herokuapp.com/api/v1/sources/ci4omwt7k0003nm0u92mt03al should return details (like name, latlng)

We do currently return the data field (which has name, email, city for the Sense Your City sources), but the location is actually a property of an entry, not a source, since in theory a source could move around. We could include (possibly just when a flag is present) details from the entries table like the timestamp and location of the last update.

Having the last entry could be super handy.
