As a market manager, I want to be able to delete someones product photo.

Product photo posted by seller may not be allows (watermarked by actual photo creator) or doesn't demonstrate the product well, but there is no way to remove the image without replacing it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Product page 'Product Info' tab and scroll to 'Photo' section
2. Be confused by photo choice.
3. Click on 'Choose file' to replace is the only option.

Expected behavior
Ideally, a market manager or admin could delete an offending photo and then prompt the user to replace it.
