Force assigment pawn on work specification

All processes in the world work best under ideal conditions, but in reality the conditions are very different, so manual adjustments are required. I want to force the assignment of a pawn to a certain working specification, because the "Exclude Pawn" function removes a pawn from the entire assignment process, but I don't want this, since only one working specification is important to me.

The logic should be as follows:

1. In each working specification, a field is added with the ability to select specific pawns.
2. When a pawn is selected, it is assigned to the working specification within the limits for the maximum number of pawns in the working specification, or above the limit if people have already been assigned.
3. The pawn is assigned all the work according to the standard priorities, but does not rely on the conditions of the assignment.

That would be great:

1. When selecting each pawn, be able to put a check mark that allows you to disable the execution of the Post Proccessor. (I want to temporarily replace the doctor with the cook, but I don't want to change his title, change his work area, or change his clothes)

I see how this feature might be useful, but honestly I'm not sure where to put it on the UI. Maybe the "count assignees from" button could share some of its room.

In the meanwhile, you can prioritize certain pawns using the "condition" fitness function, with an "is specific pawn" condition inside. Of course, this is not totally reliable, due to commitment, but it's an option.

Given the number of features I offer, it seems time to make a separate button that opens a separate window with built-in settings. There really is no room in the user interface

An "additional settings" button might be a good idea, yeah. It would definitely open up opportunity for a lot more niche functionality, and be more extensible for addons. I'll have to ponder this for a bit.
