Inconsistant behaviour in guest check

There are several places in the code where it checks if a pawn is a guest or not, and these reportedly have inconsistent bahaviours. Look into why that is and fix it. Also standardize guest checking using a utility function.

I believe this code would fix it. Unable to test since I cant build on linux.

The issue seems to happen only when the map is not settled in (Carvan and gravship landing)
